💡 Retroactive rule: Once you hit a slab, all sales that month are paid at that slab's rate — not just the ones above the threshold.
High-Value Projects (Above ₹20,000)
💎 For any project priced above ₹20,000, you earn a flat 5% commission instead of the slab incentive. You cannot claim both for the same project.

Incentive applies only on successful payments received from the client.

Cancelled Refunded Fake Unpaid projects are not eligible for any incentive.

Monthly incentive is calculated based on total successful sales within the calendar month.

Once a slab is achieved, all eligible sales for that month are paid at that slab's rate.
Example: Close 16 sales → all 16 paid at ₹1,500/sale = ₹24,000 total.
💎
Projects above ₹20,000 earn 5% Commission instead of the slab incentive.
⚖️
5% commission and slab incentive cannot be claimed together for the same project.
💸
Incentives are released only after client payment is successfully received by the company.
❌
Projects cancelled before payment clearance will not count toward monthly sales.
🔐
Any discounts offered to clients must be approved by management. Unauthorized discounts may lead to incentive revision.

In case of any dispute, the company's records and management decision are final and binding.
